A HISTORY OF PASSION AND DETERMINATION
Asola Vetro was established in 1968 thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Gianfranco Persegani, a craftsman driven by the desire to do business and a passion for sport. A hobby that allows him to express his tenacious and determined character, the same character that enabled him to lead his company to success.
In the early sixties and seventies, Asola Vetro was an artisan hub dedicated to the basic processing of glass: cutting, grinding, installation. Use of the raw material in Jumbo size was introduced as early as 1975 and the first insulating glass production plant was installed.
Gianfranco’s wife joined him in running the company and the Persegani couple accumulated sufficient experience to break into an unexplored market: the cold chain. Asola Vetro began to become known in the sector, very quickly becoming a specialist in the supply of heated glass.
In 1985, sons Paolo and Marco joined the company and are now at the helm of a structured, dynamic and professional company that operates at the international level.
